Reproduce once, then stop changing variables
Repeat the smallest safe sequence once. If it happens again, avoid replacing the dress, fabric, client, and settings all at once; a short stable reproduction is more useful than a long list of guesses.
Include the minimum useful facts
Record the game build, operating system, client and commission, exact requirement or item name, room or interface, steps taken, expected result, actual result, and whether saving and reloading changed it.
- Screenshot of the brief and all green or incomplete requirements
- Screenshot of inventory and mannequin when a panel is missing
- Exact item names and active shop filters
- Whether the save began in the prototype or full release
- Any input remapping or Steam Deck layout in use
Check the latest official patch first
Build 403 and Build 410 already fixed or changed several launch-day issues. Confirm the game has updated and compare the patch notes before filing a duplicate report.
Use the official community route
Search the Steam discussion board for the same symptom, then create a clear report if the existing thread does not solve it. A community workaround can restore play while the report still documents the underlying issue.
