Treat measurements as a confirmation step
Read the full prompt, move the tape only to the highlighted measurement area, and confirm the value deliberately. Do not rush through the final click: players repeatedly ask how to retake a measurement after accepting it.

Set the mannequin before assembly
Match the dress form to the measurements shown for the active client before placing panels. Work through the controls one value at a time, then compare the complete set before moving to sewing.
Separate fit from missing-panel problems
A dress that cannot be completed may have a missing or unplaced panel rather than a measurement error. In Build 410, hovering over an inventory panel shows where it belongs on the mannequin.
If the interface becomes stuck
Record the client, measurement, current build, and what the last confirmation did. Save and reload once; if the same state returns, report it rather than repeatedly overwriting progress with guesses.
